We hit the U-district market for a Bluebird Grain Farms pick-up. We came home with 150 pounds of wheat and Emmer as well as 50 pounds of Jonagolds! Time for Kona, applesauce and fresh bread. Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Sweet, sweet fall day. Today at Marymoor, I got two visits out of my one dollar parking fee. Then with my hill buddy. It was a hard workout.

Sunday, August 3, 2014. When Hope came to me and told me that her and Hannah were going to participate in the school science fair, I almost fell out of my chair. Science Hope? Should we have dished out a little cash for supplies? What did we get ourselves into? The girls parked themselves on the end of a table and got ready to show their stuff. Instead of dripping with sweat - I was dripping with pride.
